What you share

The form collects your name, company, email address, approximate device quantity, stock location, enquiry type, message and any files you choose to attach. Attachments are optional.

How it is used

Your details and files are used to assess your stock or requirements, respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible business relationship. Submitting an enquiry does not commit you to a transaction or subscribe you to marketing emails.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in a private database and files in private object storage on the Cloudflare infrastructure used by this website’s hosting platform, ChatGPT Sites. The enquiry inbox requires owner authentication. Attachments are not published on the website or exposed in a public directory.

A successful submission gives you a reference and saves it in the company’s private inbox for review. When email notifications are enabled, enquiry details and attachment filenames are sent to help@unlimitedtrends.co.uk through Resend. Uploaded files remain in private storage and are accessed through the protected inbox.

Only upload what is needed

Use PDF, Excel, CSV or Word documents, or JPG, PNG and WebP photos. Attach up to 5 files, no more than 10 MB each and 20 MB combined. File formats and sizes are checked, but this is not a guarantee that files are virus-free. Do not include passwords, payment card information, identity documents or unrelated personal data.

If you need an NDA or have data erasure requirements, contact us before sharing confidential material.

Retention and requests

Enquiries remain in the private inbox until removed by the business. You can contact help@unlimitedtrends.co.uk to request access, correction or deletion. Include your enquiry reference so the relevant submission can be located.

Essential security

The public enquiry form uses no marketing cookies. Owner sign-in uses an essential, secure session cookie that expires after 12 hours. A one-way hash of the submitting IP address is used temporarily to limit repeated requests; these rate-limit records expire and are cleaned up as requests are processed.
